The upcoming iPhone 13 Series is expected to be released in the second half of this year. Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have already sparked a flurry of rumours and speculation. And now, owing to a new leak from a reliable source, the iPhone 14 Max’s specifications have been disclosed.
According to a tip from @shadowleak, the forthcoming iPhone 14 Max will have a gigantic 6.68-inch flexible OLED display with a resolution of 2,248 x 1,284 pixels. It will also have a 458ppi pixel density and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Max model is a recent addition that sits in the middle of the base and Pro variants. It also succeeds the Mini, which was a flop on the smartphone market, according to the source.
The A15 Bionic chipset will be used in the next iPhone 14 Max, according to the source. It will have 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and inbuilt storage of 128GB/256GB.
Only high-end variants, including as the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, are expected to use the A16 Bionic chip.
On the rear of the smartphone, there will be a dual-camera setup. There have also been claims that the smartphone will include Satellite connectivity as well as a better front-facing camera.
The leak discloses the iPhone’s new price tags, despite the fact that the device is still months away from sale. The iPhone 14 Max 6GB and 128GB models, according to the report, will cost $899 and $968, respectively. Apple’s pricing strategy, as is customary, allows the higher-end models to easily eclipse $1,000.
